Call for Feedback from Members: Updating IACRL Bylaws (Deadline Tuesday, June 30)
Illinois Association of College & Research Libraries Forum (IACRL)
June 12, 2020(via the IACRL Bylaws Committee)
IACRL has charged an Ad hoc Bylaws Committee to undertake a review of the IACRL Bylaws, which were last amended on October 8, 2009. The Bylaws Committee is Rob Morrison (NLU), Gwen Gregory (UIC), and Steve Brantley (EIU). We conducted an initial review and discussed our findings with the IACRL Executive Committee, including a timeline for obtaining membership input and ratification. The anticipated ratification will take place sometime this fall after membership has had an opportunity to provide input.
The Bylaws Committee is seeking direct input from the IACRL membership, where you can insert comments and/or questions directly into a Bylaws document. The comment period is June 5 to June 30, 2020. If you have any questions, please contact Rob Morrison, at rob.morrison@nl.edu.
