Tamara Jenkins, Communications and Engagement Manager,
Areas of responsibility: Communication and engagement with members and partners; content creation for publications and social media; support for programs; creation of new programs and continuing education for professional development; marketing of events and programs; staff liaison to the Awards Committee, Diversity Committee, Illinois Association of College & Research Libraries, Marketing Forum, and Students and New Professionals Forum. 

Tina Koleva, Member Services Manager,
Areas of responsibility: Management of ILA Membership and Member Services; management of registration for conferences, workshops, and events; management of iREAD Summer Reading program customer service, order processing and general program administration; management of accounts receivable and support for business administration; staff liaison to the Nominating Committee and assistant staff liaison to the iREAD Committee. 

Kristin Pekoll, Conference and Continuing Education Manager,
Areas of responsibility: Management of the ILA Annual Conference, Reaching Forward Conference, Reaching Forward South Conference, Illinois Youth Services Institute, Trustee Workshops, Elevate, Director’s University; staff liaison to Best Practices Committee, Conference Program Committee, Intellectual Freedom Committee, Library Trustee Forum, Reaching Forward Forum, Resources & Technical Services Forum, Small & Rural Libraries Forum, Young Adult Services Forum, and Youth Services Forum.
