The team members listed below have been trained to receive reports and investigate and adjudicate reported incidents. The report takers are available for just that purpose. The SoACT is responsible for investigating and adjudicating. Reports will be shared with SoACT members and will be kept confidential beyond that team to the maximum extent possible. If there is concern about confidentiality, reporters may take advantage of the anonymous reporting hotline or webform.
