ILA Announces Recipients of the 2025 Small and Rural Libraries Forum Annual Conference Grant
August 4, 2025
The Illinois Library Association (ILA) is pleased to announce that Lacey Mesarchik, Director of the Lebanon Public Library, and Amy Runkle, Director of the Franklin Grove Public Library, are the recipients of the 2025 ILA Small and Rural Libraries Forum (SARL) Annual Conference Grant.
Sponsored by Fast Forward Libraries, this grant was established to offset the registration cost for small and rural library workers who would not otherwise be able to attend the ILA Annual Conference.
Mesarchik and Runkle will be recognized at an awards ceremony during the 2025 Illinois Library Association Annual Conference. The conference is scheduled for October 14-16, 2025, in Rosemont, Illinois.
