Petition to Create a Human Resources Professionals and Administrative Professionals Forum

Are you a human resources professional or administrative professional and interested in growing and networking with your peers across the state? If so, then sign the Petition to Create a Human Resources Professionals and Administrative Professionals Forum. Per ILA's bylaws, 60 signatures are needed to bring this request to the Executive Board for approval.

This forum will represent the interests of those who are human resources professionals and administrative professionals in all types of libraries.

One of the goals of the ILA Strategic Plan is a culture of diversity and inclusion in the association, with the desired outcomes that members recognize their ownership in and have equitable access to participate and be heard in ILA's volunteer structure and connect collaboratively for sharing and creation of knowledge.

The Human Resources Professionals and Administrative Professionals Forum will amplify the voice of an underrepresented demographic in the Illinois library community.
