Areas of responsibility: General management; budget development and implementation; work with ILA Executive Board on fiscal oversight and policies, strategic planning, and overall policy development; state and federal legislative advocacy; management of iREAD summer reading program; staff liaison to the Advocacy Committee, Fundraising Committee, ILA Reporter Advisory Committee, and Public Policy Committee.

Sarah Anderson, Member Services Specialist and Editor, sanderson@ila.org
Areas of responsibility: Member Services Specialist - works on all activities and tasks related to the association’s membership: membership renewal and retention, conference and workshop registration, fulfilling product orders/requests, and customer service. Assistant Editor - supports and works closely with the Executive Director and the ILA Reporter Advisory Committee on the ILA Reporter; staff liaison to the ILA Reporter Advisory Committee.

Becca Boland, iREAD Content and Development Manager, bboland@ila.org
Areas of responsibility: Managing iREAD content, working with committee members, artists, editors, designers to produce iREAD materials. Focus on development of iREAD, as we continue to work with more states across the country. Staff liaison to the iREAD Committee, Youth Services Forum, and Young Adult Services Forum. 

Tamara Jenkins, Communications and Engagement Manager, tjenkins@ila.org
Areas of responsibility: Communication and engagement with members and partners; content creation for publications and social media; support for programs; creation of new programs and continuing education for professional development; marketing of events and programs; staff liaison to the Awards Committee, Diversity Committee, Illinois Association of College & Research Libraries, Marketing Forum, and Students and New Professionals Forum. 

Tina Koleva, ILA/iREAD Operations Director, tkoleva@ila.org
Areas of responsibility: Works closely with all team members and contracted vendors formulating strategy, managing and improving customer service and workflow processes; procuring materials and resources needed for organizational effectiveness and daily operations. Manages existing projects, both for ILA and iREAD, and oversees the implementation of new projects that affect operations across the association’s various activities; manages business administration for ILA and iREAD; staff liaison to the Nominating Committee and assistant staff liaison to the iREAD Committee.

Areas of responsibility: Management of the ILA Annual Conference, Reaching Forward Conference, Reaching Forward South Conference, Illinois Youth Services Institute, Trustee Workshops, Elevate, Director’s University; staff liaison to Reaching Forward Committee, Conference Program Committee, Intellectual Freedom Committee, Library Trustee Forum, Resources & Technical Services Forum, Small & Rural Libraries Forum.
