Microaggressions are indirect, subtle, or unintentional statements or acts directed at members of marginalized groups. These small incidents add up and make spaces feel unwelcoming. Join your colleagues for a discussion of microaggressions and how they impact us, our colleagues, and our patrons, using this month's article as a starting point.
