Kansas State University Libraries seek a highly motivated and innovative leader for the position of Associate Dean for Content Management and Scholarly Communications. Reporting to the Dean of Libraries, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide leadership and expertise to refine and reposition collections and technical services in the context of emerging trends to meet the evolving needs of the university community.  ALA-accredited MLS degree as well as a record of progressively more responsible supervisory, managerial, and administrative duties with demonstrated ability to support, mentor and develop faculty/staff, and work effectively with others in an academic/research library or related environment required.
