The 27th Annual Reaching Forward Conference will be held Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. Each year, Reaching Forward draws more than 1,000 library staff members; library staff gain continuing education, make new contacts, exercise their recommendation/buying power, and shop!

The exhibit space is designed for tabletop exhibits, and the cost
to exhibit is $75 per six-foot, skirted table. Two exhibitors are allowed to split one table if they choose, however, Reaching Forward does not sell half tables. Exhibitors are allowed to use additional display items, such as racks and shelves; as a general rule, we ask that exhibits do not extend more than 18 inches on either side of the table and more than two feet in front of it. Exhibits are open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Exhibitor registration includes two exhibitor badges per purchased table. Exhibitors may choose to purchase a box lunch for $30, a banquet lunch for $40, or bring their own lunch.
Your name and product/service will be included in the printed Reaching Forward program, in addition to listing your
exhibitor name and website link on the Reaching Forward conference site. To provide this additional marketing feature for your organization, exhibitor registration and payment are required by February 28, 2017.
Connect with conference attendees!
Extend your marketing reach with an email campaign to connect with Reaching Forward participants before and after the conference. You may order a Reaching Forward Attendee List for $150, and the list will be provided to you two weeks prior to the conference.
Sponsorship opportunities are available to extend your marketing reach.
Gain recognition and drive traffic to your exhibit! Sponsor organizations are featured in the conference program and on conference signage, and they are announced at the conference.
