Participant Verification Process

We are excited to be meeting in person again for the first time in two years! As with all our events, the well-being of our participants is ILA’s top priority. We are continuing to monitor the situation and you can view ILA’s COVID-19 Safety Measures and Requirements at any time. If any information changes, we will notify all registrants and update the COVID-19 Safety Measures and Requirements page.

After registering you will need to provide either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR or Rapid test result and submit an acknowledgement of personal responsibility. Please note: You will not be able to submit negative test results until 72 hours before the conference. If you are attending a single day only at the conference, your test result should be submitted within 72 hours of the first day you are attending. At home test results will not be accepted. Only negative test results from a doctor, pharmacy, or testing site will be accepted. This will be done through CrowdPass, a third-party, HIPAA compliant platform. This will be easiest to complete with a mobile device but can also be done from a computer.

Please click the button below or scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet to complete this portion of your registration. Be sure to read over the Event Waiver and Release of Claims as this is ILA's acknowledgement of personal responsibilityIf you have questions about CrowdPass or the verification proces, review this information page.

Please note: All participants (attendees, speakers and exhibitors) will need to provide proof of vaccination or negative test results by Monday, October 17 in order to attend the event. No exceptions will be made and you will not be allowed into the event if you have not submitted this information through CrowdPass by this date. We are currently requiring all participants to wear a mask and you can review ILA's Face Mask Guidance here

If you have any questions, please email ila@ila.org.
