Your full conference registration includes access to all sessions, the exhibit hall (virtual marketplace), and attendee lounges. The virtual conference features live and taped program sessions that will be available for viewing later; Keynote, President’s Program, and Membership Meeting general sessions, and a virtual marketplace, featuring our exhibitors.

* Attendees can register at the ILA Member rate if they have either a Personal Membership or work at a library that has an Institutional Membership. If you are not sure of your membership or members status, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration will be processed directly through the virtual conference partner database called EShow. It is recommended that attendees register themselves for the virtual conference as they would need to get familiar with the platform and know how to access the attendee service center in order to attend the conference. Registrations can be submitted with a credit card payment or with the option to get an invoice and pay via check.
Note: Conference speakers who are employed by, or a trustee of, a library (academic, public, school, special), a library agency, or library school located in the state of Illinois are required to register and pay the appropriate registration fee if they plan to attend the virtual conference.
All refund requests must be received in writing by October 12, 2020. No telephone cancellations/refund requests can be accepted. Please email refund requests to email@example.com.
No refunds after October 12. All cancellations are subject to a $15 processing fee.
