"A Midsummer Knight's Read" Art Contest

About the Contest
The Illinois Library Association and the Illinois Reading Enrichment and Development (iREAD) are sponsoring an art contest to promote teen reading. The contest is open to all middle and high school artists, and the poster should be related to reading and the theme, “A Midsummer Knight’s Read”. The winning artwork will be used in the iREAD Resource Guide and on bookmarks.

Rules and Regulations
Designs should include images related to libraries or reading and compliment the theme, “A Midsummer Knight’s Read”. Artwork must be no larger than 19 x 26 inches and may be resized to fit as a bookmark. Art can be computer generated, drawing, painting, or collage using traditional media. All artwork be original – existing cartoon or comic characters may not be used. (If submitting computer-generated artwork, it must be in a vector art (Adobe Illustrator) or at least 300 pixels per inch.
