The Reference Services Forum holds a general business meeting on Thursday, February 17 at 10:00 a.m. (CT) to discuss programming ideas for presentation at the ILA conference themed, ‘Bold, Brilliant, Brave.’

The meeting agenda also includes developing an award subcommittee which will select a statewide winner from candidates providing innovative programs or services; actively participating in the profession; influencing a community; or, affecting persons outside of a service area.
