Reference Services Forum

Thank you to Paul Keith of the Chicago Public Library for delivering an excellent presentation on database performance at the annual Forum meeting and luncheon at the ILA conference.  Sixty librarians attended this special event and kicked off another year of providing outstanding reference and information services in all types of libraries.  Forum members also appreciated the work and talent of the many librarians who shared their expertise with colleagues in Peoria.  The forum developed an up-to-date email contact list of librarians with strong interest in reference based on a brief questionnaire distributed this fall.
