The ILA Marketing Committee is hard at work on many projects. In October, we introduced the online Inspiration Station blog, sharing marketing stories and information. Be sure to visit our blog. The committee is seeking marketing and public relations success stories from all types of libraries to publish on the blog. Simply send your short success story to alissa@pekinpubliclibrary.org and we'll publish it.

Also, start saving your best examples of publicity in 2009 as the Marketing Committee will again be hosting the Inspiration Station during the 2009 ILA Conference in Peoria. Save thirty copies of your best newsletters, event fliers, and library brochures to share with others. Look for our call for materials later this year.
