The 2003 Illinois Library Association Annual Conference will be held October 14-18 in Springfield, Illinois. The 2002 conference was the largest in ILA's history, with over 2,400 attendees and 165 companies exhibiting. As an exhibitor at the 2003 Annual Conference in Springfield, you will make direct contact with over 1,000 librarians, trustees, and administrators - and so will 150 other exhibitors.
The Illinois Library Association (ILA) has one
of the most extensive systems of libraries - public, academic, school, and special - in the
country. A total of 3,802 libraries - public, college
and university, media centers, and special
libraries (corporate, medical, law, religious, etc.) - are located in the state.
The ILA conference is the third largest state
library exposition in the nation. We represent
3,000 librarians from the state's public, academic,
school, and special libraries.
