Galante, Chief Executive Officer and Library Director of the Queens Borough Public Library System in New York, will discuss his vision and forward-thinking strategies for the nation’s busiest and most ethnically diverse public library system. He will discuss a variety of active strategies: continuous improvements to build upon a customer-focused service culture; advanced technology development to deliver individualized, enhanced customer services; brand building; communications; fundraising and advocacy; and other organizational development strategies.
